more of the usual stuff the my latest to the planning and then the addition to the Standards and Ethics Committee which I intend handing into them this Tuesday 18th November 2008. the Planning letter is in response to Mr. Phil Williams 10th November 2008 to me. I wonder if the Aviary is still on the plans.

Nothing has changed since the last letter I wrote opposing these works, and feel a bit miffed that I have to write yet another. But since last writing I have been acquitted of any assault on Mr. Fowlers Brother in Law the one who is likely to be doing the wall building as well as have Mr. Fowler walking all over 15a Garth places garden area in order to build the wall.

An area that became the landfill site for Mr. Fowler’s rubble. I heard back from your department about that being put back as it was and the rubble dumped in a council landfill site? It also means that I have no longer the assistance from the probation service in securing a home where I will no longer have my peaceful enjoyment of my home ruined because the property still does not meet minimum standards for sound insulation, and ergo floor to ceiling transmission values as well. So who ever in the planning dept passed this property as fit for purpose, really ought to be chastised.

I understand that it was over 30 odd years ago when things like the Human Rights Act were not in force, but I have been writing about this negligence to my health n well being for 9 years now and still it remains below standard is there anything your dept can do about that. As the council connect to Cardiff service is not responding to my email I haven’t yet got hold of the environmental sound people to come out and do the floor to ceiling transmission test, it seems that I have been black listed from that service as well as my own county councillors refusal to respond to inquires from me.

While I have sought to gain a public inquiry into the Criminal Negligence shown towards myself by elected and non-elected officials of Cardiff County Council and have supplied enough evidence for it to be beyond question any granting of these works would be viewed by me of just more of the same. I trust that you have looked at the videos and the blogs details of which were provided in my previous and ask yourself how would your feel in my place. So once again and I am going to need help with my application, until I am moved to suitable alternative accommodation please refuse any further amended plans by Mr. And Mrs Fowler.

You will note that Anne Rowland-James is the local county councillor for my area a member of the committee, and she refuses to be of any assistance you will find a video of my asking her and Ed Bridges for help at a residents meeting, and while Mr. Bridges says he is aware of my situation nothing has been done. You also have Timothy Davies on your committee and he is also a member of the Police authority, you will find questions relating to the Rent Revenue account that I still am dissatisfied with the answers or his reluctance to wish to deal with those his letter to me raised but at least he did write to me something my own county councillors refuse to do. As well as the fact that the Crown Court was willing to gloss over the fact that I have evidence of a police officer deliberately falsifying evidence placed before the court, in order to gain my initial conviction even the Crown Prosecution Service are willing to turn a blind eye to that piece of forgery because it is a police officer.

So I am asking this committee for help ideally it would be in calling for a public inquiry into the continued neglect by Cardiff County Councils elected and non-elected official as even Kate Berry refuses to send an acknowledgement email to me regarding my efforts to bring these matters to the Ethics and Standards Committee, and therefore partakes in the Negligence herself. Hi Val n Kate I was one of the members of the public at the Standards and ethic committee meeting on wesds 23rd Sept 2008. My reasons for attending are many and various but mostly they are all covered by my blogs and videos on youtube. The blog address is http://bbccrazydave.blogspot.com/ and the search word for my youtube site is iamcrazydave It is noteworthy that my local ward councillor is Ann Rowland-James one of the committee members and another who I have had recent correspondence from is Timothy Davies another member of the Standards and Ethics Committee. I have questions regarding both of their actions as well as that of the Chairman Mr. Berman and his deputy, that I would like to have addressed by someone somewhere. I can only apologies for the language that I use in the blogs and videos but as most adults have heard it all before on their TV's I hardly find it necessary to offer warning that they might cause offence to the prudish. All the While knowing that article 10 of the human rights act protects me from censure. I hope that at the very least my European Court of Human Rights to late for crazydave and Timothy Davies letter shown there will be enough to start some kind of whistle blowing investigation. Hi there Akmal Below is a copy of an email sent to Val and Kate its self explanatory, plus I have also added the next to them its is now tues 14th October 2008 and so far I have not had a reply, you will note that I appear to be having difficulty getting any reply from anyone at Cardiff County Council it is one of the reasons I attended the Standards and Ethics committee meeting on the 23rd Sept 2008. All I can do is wait and see what comes of this. Whether indeed you receive it and how do we proceed from there. All the Best David
SO PERHAPS YOU CAN ASK WHY NONE HAVE BEEN REPLIED TO AND FOR YOUR HELP IN SECURING A HOME WHERE I AM NOT SUBJECT TO ANY ABUSE OR HAVE MY PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT RUINED DUE TO SUB-STANDARD COUNCIL HOUSING.

ALL THE BEST I SHALL BE BRINGING WITH ME ONE OF THE PAINTING I HAVE DISPLAYED OUTSIDE THE WELSH ASSEMBLY TO NO RESULT WHAT SO EVER I BELIEVE THE COMPLAINT AGAINST MR. BERMAN TO BE TYPICAL OF THE WHOLE COUNCIL.
